Really friendly and amazing service! I brought my bike in to the shop after I tried to put the chain on myself and managed to do it wrong. The guys where really nice and offered to fix my bike there and then for free as it was an easy fix! I will definitely be going back there if I need too
I stopped here one hour before closing on a Sunday with a mechanical emergency on my bike packing trip. Dan jumped on it straightaway to help get it repaired, unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed owing to a failed part from the manufacturer, but a bodge was managed to get the bike going again! The attitude of Dan was great, really recommend
I have used Haywards Heath Cycle Centre a few times over the last few months and they are excellent. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services.
Did not find the staff very helpful or friendly. Services extremely over priced. £80 for a service, and my pedal came off 10 miles later. For £80 you can buy the gold service at Halfords, which includes replacement of cables, complete degreasing and re-greasing of all components. You're far better off spending your money elsewhere.
