Very friendly and professional bike service
Great customer service prior to Christmas a member of staff who used his staff discount to pay for and put aside a tool I needed to change a tire in an emergency. When I arrived to collect it he wouldn't accept my payment and told me to pass it on! Thank you very much!
Absolutely fantastic service. Ella helped me not only choose my pedals and road shoes she helped me find the right size and ordered them into store for me so I could use my voucher. She also fitted my pedals for me and helped me out when I fitted my cleats incorrectly. Ella was patient, very skilled and extremely helpful - ensuring that I found the right size shoe for me which I really appreciated. I will definitely be going back!
loraine is amazing 😁shes happy ,its great to see the same faces working for years now, shes always helpfull even when im a pain in the behind forgetting what i want or me being grumpy 😂 the store manager as well ive forgotten his name sorry :/ is really good resolves things quickly & listens to you.
