Great shop for children with a lot of choice and some great shop assistants. Sadly, it is severely let down by one of the duty managers with abysmal customer service skills. He does not hesitate to lie to customers when refusing refunds.

Duty Managers are torys stay away not nice people
The manager gave me horrendous service I was just given a generic policy answer there was no compromise with him. Do not buy anything electronic from there as you will be given the same bad service. He is good at enforcing a policy that screws customers over but when it comes to training his staff to hand out and give the correct information at the time of purchase he is not so good. Which is poor management and customer service.
