These guys will do anything to rip you off. I got my bike done up here for £150 pounds (which was 3x the amount the bike cost me) , reasoning that it would be a good job and I wouldn't have to worry about fixing it for a decent amount of time again. 1 month later, it was having the same problems, I took it back to them and they gave me a quote of £200 pounds this time. When I said to them about the price they told me that I should sell my bike and buy a new one of them for at least £300!!! absolute jokers the lot of em.

Upon a quick inspection of a bike repair I was given a quote, not individually broken down, after waiting more than a week I decided to call to see if the bike was ready to collect which I was told yes it was, courtesy has it a nice phone call to say it was ready would have been nice, possibly could have collected earlier. Upon paying I noticed a dust cap missing. Service paid for, I was not thanked until I was half out the door, the whole experience felt like I was doing this business a favour and did not feel valued.

Happy with my first time using these guys, fixed my bike up nicely, despite two previous places claiming they had sorted my Di2's it took Northfield to seemingly do it properly. Edit - been back a couple of times since for some minor tweaks to the bike. Whilst the staff know their stuff, they don't hide the fact if you don't necessarily have the same components they have, they let you know you're wrong. Which when it comes to tyre selection, for example is very subjective and there is no right or wrong. Because of this, I've dropped them a star as it didn't feel as friendly.

Brilliant service, and impeccable customer care, gentleman that served us was really helpful. Found the perfect bike, after weeks of searching as there is a huge shortfall. Best bike shop I've been to so far!!
