Not a big fan of this shop in general. But actually received a really good service and advise and was lucky enough that the shop was not too busy. 5 stars then!
The shop assistant were always ready to help
Would be zero stars but cant select that. I bought some trainers for my partner as she couldn't get to the shops at the moment. When she tried them on they were a little too tight so she asked me to return them the next day. I was disgusted to find out that I could only get a credit note for the store as I was told I could have tried them on. I am a Male with size 11 feet and I bought a female size 6 so not sure why I would have tried them on. I paid cash 24 hours previous and recieve a credit note back when I have been made redundant not a great policy and one that will stop me returning to sports direct indefinitely.
