Halfords at Redditch is great and easy for me to get to because it is so close to all my shopping destinations. I have just bought a bicycle from there and the whole experience was superb. From ordering the bike to collecting it, having it checked over and getting some really helpful information from the staff about how to get the best from the bike. They all have really good interpersonal skills and are really pleasant. Stef was especially helpful and great at his job. I have since been back and bought some accessories and a bike stand. Brilliant!
Simply the most exciting thing you can do in Redditch. I hate my life sometimes.
Great customer service, used click and collect and was contacted by staff as product in store had a slightly different code number but appeared to be the same. They checked if I wanted to continue with the purchase or get a refund - I told them I was happy to continue. I went in, was greeted warmly by the same person who had contacted me. I checked out the product which was the same as I had viewed online and found the whole experience very positive. social distancing was working well with both staff and customers observing the rules. I was also impressed with how quickly I was seen to.
Really impressed with my recent visit. Winter check done and blade fitted straight away. Paul was very knowledgeable about my car. Lovely guy a total credit to the store.
