OK Nice large Sports Direct and pleasant staff...We went on'' a mission "for one of my daughters but the rest of us looked around whilst she 'missht'(lol😅)...I had an interest as I needed new trainers and those 'pull on sports trousers'.....I was just window shopping for the moment ....but,upon looking around ,I came across something else I also.needed...casual./smart shoes...and there they were....nice pliable insoles and hardy but bendy .and smart at eyewatering bargain prices for a nice shoe......thats what I shall by buying on.my next visit

Was here Saturday. Lots of staff stood about. As soon as you ask for any help they all appear to be busy!! Lady on the til charged me Incorrectly. Purchased some trainers priced at £54.99 in store and on website. I get home ant receipt says £63.99. I've rang them and they say nothing they can do as I've left the store and they put the phone down. Great customer service!! 🤬🤬🤬

It's an amazing sports shop and could easily be the best in Worcester because they stock everything for good prices, but they have a huge staffing problem. It's a huge shop and it's always packed with loads of customers, but there's literally only four staff members who need to run the whole place themselves. That includes being at the checkout, helping people try on shoes, etc. This results in huge waiting times. It's better to just order online and go elsewhere. I used to go here for sports items but I'm just sick of waiting 40 minutes to try on a pair of shoes.
