Knowing most cycle shops are very busy at the moment I was expecting difficulties finding someone to true my favourite wheels in a reasonable time frame. Worcester cycle centre came highly recommended so I decided to contact these guys and I had decided that realistically my expectations were high as far as time frames were concerned. As far as technical ability was concerned I was told that the cycle mechanic was probably second to none so I had no such concerns there. So I contacted I was told they were very busy up towards the end of the month (just over a week or so) but as an offer of good gesture I was welcome to drop the wheels off and leave until they were fixed which could be end of the week depending on when they could get on them. I agreed and thought that this was very fair of the guys. So I expected a call later in the week. Not the case, the call came the same afternoon they had turned them around in as little as two hours or so.( excuse the pun turn them around 😊). Enough said bought home and fitted and they are absolutely perfect a top job at a very respectible cost. Very happy customer.
