Bought my Scott from OnBike In Worcester in August 2017. Just done 5000 miles. Excellent service from OnBike with after sales and servicing. The bike has had 2 new tyres, a few brake pads and a replacement computer as you might expect after 5k. But the same battery, cables, etc and still charging fine and producing good power. I love my bike and long may it continue.

Absolutely brilliant. Mike and Martin gave us great advice and helped us buy out first eBikes. Then moved heaven and earth to build them quickly for us so we could take them on holiday with us. My wife and I took delivery of our Ebikes on the 20th August 2020. We cannot praise enough the time and effort Martin and Mike spent with us, answering our questions, sourcing my Ebike, ordering accessories and fitting them and forwarding accessories to our home free of charge (to us) when they did not arrive at the shop in time..
