Just wanted to say the lady manager i cant remeber her name really enjoys her job. You can clearly see that and goes out of her way to help you.Nothing is too much trouble. Helped me fit a car seat that i had previously brought from another store which had not been fitted properly. Once again thanks for your help
Friday 27/11/2020 we were looking for a bike for our grandson and were attended to by a young man called MATT, his knowledge and attitude were excellent and a credit to the company....well done.
Took back a car battery which had packed up . I know it was under warranty but staff so friendly and wasn't too much trouble
Very bad experience. I went to change my bike rear tyre as that was only problem it having and once i got my bike back, i saw that there is a movement problem for the front tyre as they did something accidentally. I informed the same to technician and he is not willing to accept as he is blaming me that it had before also.. So much disappointed as they didn't agree to their mistake.. Very poor customer dealing 👎👎👎👎👎👎
