The only reason, not giving five stars. Is customers parking is very limited and a narrow entrance to the parking. However, the service is very good.

Terrible and shop people, don't trust from their professional appearance. No genuinity no honesty no Quality in their service. Took 13 days service my bike. have n courtesy in delivering the bike in ride conditions. In one word don't just trust from stylish book cover. In response to your reply Wish you told 2 sides of argument in your review... You are so adamant to look at me and answer my questions and for Covid-19 barrier , Shame you have no minimum courtesy to move aside when customer leaving. You have kept the bike for minor repairs for 13 days, and taken to upstairs and brought to down through steps, Do you think you can't go wrong in handling. Possible things go wrong. I took the bike to Decathlon straight from your store, Do you know Actual reason for front wheel wobbling no air in tyres. that guy inflated the front tyre and tightened the handle that's it problem solved .See this is what your service, you didn't even show minimum checks before handovering to customer. Please don't defend .LOL

I came to Stows looking for an ebike for my Dad and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We spoke to James who is extremely knowledgeable and gave us very detailed and honest advice. Our visit reinforced the idea that your Local Bike Shop is always the way to go when you’re in the market for a bike.

Ordered a cube drinks carrier and bottle for my son's birthday with a delivery date of the day before his birthday. Perfect or so I thought! No dispatch notification and nothing landed a week after promised date. I had to chase which really annoyed me then got told item was out of stock. They had an alternative option so I took that. The drinks bottle looks like it has been kicked around the store room for a week it is so scratched. They obviously really don't care about customer service as my whole experience has been a shambles. Really cannot be bothered to try and get a replacement as they quite obviously don't care enough or they wouldnt have sent the scratched bottle I received today. BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR PERIL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

My son’s new Giant arrived in perfect condition on Easter Saturday morning! when I wasn’t expecting it until the following Wednesday, one happy young man I can tell you. Delivering such phenomenal service during a global crisis is amazing, thank you very, very much.
