So so rude I was in middle of shopping and 2 guys in shop they don't let me finish my shopping becouse they are closing now and please leave. I was as for 1 pairs of shoes and they say "no" becouse is one minute after 4pm " they don't care I have already shoes for my son and 2 t-shirt so I left everything what I choose and I leave the shop. I have any other shop where I can make shopping. With that skills of customer service you will lost customer in that shop.
Good service, no queues
The worst customer service I have ever received. I no longer shop there and go to the Bath road one instead.
I bought safety shoes the evening before and wished to refund them as my circumstance changed in relation to a job I was meant to start.
They showed no empathy. When I asked for the manager, he was like..."What?"...very rude, that's our policy, take my name down if you want. Very sarcastic, no clue how to listen to and advise customers professionally.
They sell shoes of defective quality (Miso company) sawn after 1 day of use and do not return money or bear any liability for damages. I have sasugated that I was robbed by the manager and confirmed. I definitely do not recommend.
Had to pop in to get some joggers as I was visiting Slough and needed a pair.
Seems strange going in to this store after being used to the Oxford Street Store which is huge.
Good, friendly staff though and helpful.
