Perfect example of how physical shops and personal service trump online shopping. We've been mad busy and needed to get the next size up car seat for my toddler. We were in a mad rush and went in to get a Halfords own brand seat with children getting restless in the car. I rushed inside and when I got there I had no idea which seat to get so I went to the till and asked for assistance. I was guided back to the car seat section and just as I got there a staff member called Katie came swiftly out of the rear storage area and asked if I needed help with children's car seats. She then explained all the differences in a very impartial manner and I made the choice to buy an ISOFIX baby seat. She showed me through the range and then I saw an ex-display model which looked extremely good value. I decided to go ahead with that seat and soon we were at the checkout. The whole process was swift and courteous after which she asked if I needed the car seat fitting. She met me at the car, fitted the seat and showed me how it worked etc. We finished off the necessary paperwork and off we went. An extremely stressful situation turned into a pleasant old school retail experience. Well done, Halford's Slough.

Tasha and Michelle are a credit to Halfords. They made my visit very pleasant. Incredibly helpful staff and a nice big airy shop. Would defiantly shop there again as opposed to my more local store.
