Useless and Rude staff but it a surprise as I expect this from sports direct as most store you go they have same attitude towards customers, there was a lady asked staff about return policy for Christmas gift but staff not willing to help and gave her 14 day return policy information which was wrong then he asked her to check at till as he’s not sure (Amazing service), I just searched on Google and told lady it’s 28 days return policy which she was very pleased with it, Sports direct need to Learn to Respect customers or they will be shut soon like others.
Amazon is coming to destroy you guys as well soon.
Pretty decent visit. The staff were initially a little invisible and several groups of customers were looking for help but they were helpful when they appeared (I think they were all downstairs on the men's section)
Like all SD stores I've been into seems to lack staff especially at the shoe section. But reasonable boots at reasonable prices
Good selection of trainers. Helpful staff.
Nice variety, competitive prices but on my recent visit the sizes were not available. Overall nice place to buy sports clothing.
