This is a really good place to fix your bike. The staff are nice and down to earth. They are also very reliable
I have been to a lot of bicycle shops in Cambridge over the years with my 4 children but will only now go to Lensfield Road!
The service is brilliant, extremely efficient and with very reasonable prices but best of all are the friendly owners and staff.

Came in at around 4pm as my wife got a flat tire on our way home. Even though the employee was on his phone doing literally nothing at the back of the shop, he was unwilling to sort my wife’s bike. Kept going on about there being no time to do a simple tube replacement as they were about to close (5:30pm as per the sign on the door ... an hour later). Shocking!
Overpriced, staff unhappy to answer questions about warranty. Tried to charge me £72 for replacing the gear cable and cassette and didn't provide cheaper alternatives, which is already more than the value of my bike. Got my bike fixed at another shop for less than £40.
