The layout of the one way was very clear and they have massive discounts so this is the best time to go. The one thing they could have changed is the benches that one puts one the shoes are way to small! People end up crowded around the benches. And when you are on the bench you feel slightly pressured. Please fix this problem and I will be grateful.
Some guy was ready to help ,but the girl from the customer service on the till was not much friendly and I can say she can show more sympathy for customers xxx

Just been there today, waited for a while downstairs to get my refund. The girl who worked there, just sent me upstairs, no "sorry" or whatever and I couldn't see any sign for "refund or exchange only upstairs". Then upstairs a young and rude guy is packing at one of the till. I went there, explained why I came, he just said: "go to the other till!". No "please", "thank you", "sorry" or whatever. What's wrong with people at Sports Direct? Reading others' reviews, seems the customer service is terrible. I had the same experience in the other store at Retail park, the assistant manager (lady) was so rude!
