Well, I have used it for 27 years, and always found the service excellent. I keep coming back because they are honest, good mechanics and comparatively inexpensive.
I have used this bike shop for 15 years and the service is always knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and good value.
Very friendly staff and great selection of used bikes. I bought a used bike with a lock and lights and even got a £5 discount. The mechanic fitted the lights directly on the bike; for free!
I would certainly go there again.
Rather rude staff, sold me a bike which broke since the material was extemely low quality. Apparently, "guarantee does not apply to this kind of defects". I do not recommended to buy the bike here since you may be putting yourself at risk of experiencing problems when on the road which may result in serious collisions.
Very good bloke. Dropped in cause I didn't have a tool and he kindly removed the freehub from my wheel free of charge, and recommended another store in town who deal in fixed gear parts. Would highly recommend and will visit again.
