If you're looking for a cycling store with great products and an even better staff, then you have to check out Evans Cycles at the Grafton. I brought my bike in for a quick look and these guys pinpointed the problem in minutes. Not only did they identify the issue, they gave the rest of the bike a look over and discovered some potential major issues that the engineer from Rutland made while assembling the bike for me. I can't tell you enough how impressed I was with the team. They not only fixed my bike and stayed after closing, but they took the time to teach me about my bike and how it should perform and little fixes. I will now only go to this place to get my cycling gear as they really do have an amazing team who are not only knowledgeable and capable, but incredibly professional and willing to go above and beyond.

Exceptional customer service from Elliot above and beyond.! Having had a long wait for delivery of my sons bike, (which we were told in the beginning), we were delighted with our purchase only to discover the rear hydraulic brakes were not functioning correctly. I spoke with Elliot the manager and he completely took ownership of the problem. Elliot was polite and very helpful but was limited to what he could do as there were short supplies of stock and parts as so many people took to cycling during the pandemic. Because of the situation and in order to sort out our problem Elliot took it upon himself and sourced the required parts personally and fixed the problem, and I know he didn't have to do that, that is the sign of a great leader and any business would be lucky to have him onboard. thank you very much for your efforts.

Brilliant service! My bike was finished in 20 minutes to higher standards than expected or even required. All the staff clearly take pride in their work and perform above and beyond anywhere I've been before. I would definately recomend great value for money and will be returning next time. Also provided me with some great advice over all could not have done a better job

I got stuck in my first bike project and everyone was incredibly helpful. Not only did the Team sort my momentary bottom bracket problem but they also listened and advised on various options. Definitely coming back for parts and services on my next projects. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
