Top class customer service. Excellent knowledge from both Luke and Paul. Always friendly and very helpful - lovely atmosphere in the shop and on the group rides they arrange too. Serviced my bike and feels brand new ever since. Brilliant selection of bikes, kit and accessories available. Highly recommend for anything bike related.
I have been a regular customer of Velo Bavarian since it first opened several years ago. The shop has taken its lead from the adjacent family business Benz Bavarian in that it prides itself on offering a bespoke and personal service. Luke and Paul are always on hand and happy to help in respect of all things cycling related, endeavouring to provide a first class service to both new and loyal customers alike with very much an emphasis on value for money. Having purchased bikes, accessories and clothing from the shop I would certainly recommend it to others as the product and service I have received has always been excellent.
Always very friendly interactions with the guys at the shop. The quality of service is top notch, with a great selection of services and a pro-active approach the guys at barvarian were able to get my bike back in full working order within short notice a day before the national hill climb!
The shop is also giving back to the local community with regular shop rides and i think its important to support these kind of businesses.
Bought my last Bike from Velo (Cannondale Super Six Evo Hi Mod) and the service was fantastic. It was great to speak to a team so passionate about what they do. Paul really knows everything there is about bikes and i was set up and away in no time. I wanted upgraded wheels, seat, bars and tape and the guys sorted everything for me hassle free. Thanks guys for the great service!
Visited the guys for the 1st time last week when my chain jumped the cassette, locking the wheel and destroying the ultegra rear derailleur. First class service, they priced me up for a 105 replacement, new hanger, chain, wires and spokes. Really good price, quick turnaround and the range of sale bikes was a treat to see in itself. My bike is flying now, honestly the gear shifting has never been so smooth!
