1st visit today, brilliant knowledge and friendly service. Well kept shop and staff take pride in their approach, appearance and this made our visit worth while.

Employee's at this store are very friendly and they're willing to help. Although i have had some issues when I've paid them to repair part's or replace part's on my bike where i have had to return to the store 2/3 times to have a happy end result.
I had left a previous review although wanted to delete it and leave another. The person who i believe is the primary person who fixes/ services bicycle's (Michael) is very friendly and understanding. I will continue to buy part's from this store.
