Outstanding bike fit by trained physio Dan Smith, including: overall physical check, shoe and cleat fitting, full lazer measurement using Zwift and top of the range Tacx direct-drive turbo trainer. It also included, handle bar and stem sizing and, once these were replaced, confirmation of fit and saddle sizing using a pressure mat. The shop offers an alteration service, where required, and can provide a range of top quality components with a price match promise. Outstanding doesn't do it justice. Highly recommended.
Love going to leisure lakes bikes cause it closer to my home address,if I need any maintenance on me bike I take it there also the price's are bang on depending what you need
Friendly team, well equipped shop, not a huge area for customer parking, so I would suggest to get there early if you have to drive. Not had to take a bike in for service or anything before; not until I bought a bike from them. My Ebike went in for a basic service and they did the Firmware update . Teach me to look through the computer display in future. Now I need to take it back and get them to put the new update on there.
Very helpful staff. After sales is good as well.
Poor service, dont seem interested in helping and definitely no good for servicing or repairs as my bike went in 3 times for the same problem. Had to make a complaint and still no help. Avoid!
