Recently had a Audio upgrade supplied and installed at the Derby Wyvern Halfords branch.
These days I tend not to expect a great retail experience and customer service.
However! The End to end process from advice/ price/purchase and Fitting was outstanding.
A huge well done to the Staff and especially the Audio installer ( Dimitar ).

Was really impressed with the collection service on Saturday the 5th December . Was waiting less than 5 minutes. Quick collection and brilliant sturdy bike had been built by staff! Saves me a lot of time and piece of mind that the bike is safe. Excellent Christmas present for my soon to be 8 year old. Could not fault the staff or the social distancing measures. Thank you.
Very helpful... had 2 appointments there. And they very helpfully merged them into one. Saving me a second visit. Very polite Chris dealt with me and explained to me ,a novice what problem was. That I didn't need any immediate work doing.but future work is likely. All cv19 strict. Very happy visit. Thanks.
I'll spare the full experience, went to purchase a car battery, one member of staff was great, he got me prices and gave me his suggestions, had mine tested by his colleague, he looked as if he didn't want to be there, thats the impression i got, anyway got back to the till and bought the battery using my trade card, after the transaction the first member of staff that i spoke to picked up the battery and his tools and walked with to the car, i assumed they were being nice fitting the battery, great saves me a job, when i checked my receipt i was charged £15 for fitting without being asked, now that really annoyed me, a minutes work at that price, people make sure you check your receipt before leaving for any extra charges without you knowing you'll know if they pick up there tools and walk with you to your vehicle, bottom line i was not asked if i wanted it fitted, did get the refund of the fitting charge which the manager was helpful, 2 stars only for my experience.
