Very helpful staff
Went into sports direct this morning to buy some trainers for my birthday and once I picked a pair I was given 1 fresh trainer and 1 display trainer. And when I asked why I was answered with we only order 1 of each shoe. I thought this was a joke really as they are £85 and I have to have a shoe worn by loads of other people. Why would I want a shoe tried on by so many people?
I would like to comment on the superb help we received from your salesman Brooklyn at your Exeter branch. He went far above the service we expected. My husband has large feet sized 13/14 and he bent over backwards to help us. He succeeded in finding a suitable pair of trainers which we went on to buy, I hope he will be praised by your Manager for his efforts.
