Expensive unless you get a membership. The membership only cost 5 pounds so worth every penny.

Spent ages trying to find a member of staff to help after finding completely bare shelves. Just to be told they couldn't help. Then spent an equally long time waiting at the checkout as again, there was no staff.

Would usually give a 5 star but this evening it seemed like they're not restocking. Nothing there that I was after and nothing really happening. On the Covid side, really good.. masks available on arrival, hand juice all around the place but toilets shut- much to the annoyance of my eldest.. Still a cool place that usually has everything you need and more...

Curate's egg experience. Vast amount of stock, not easy to find items. Two staff doing their best to avoid contact with customers, one seriously uninterested in helping while the young man on the check out was really helpful and had lots of good knowledge and advice
