I rather descended on Hardy Cycles in a fit of desperation after discovering that a cycle provided by a "major retailer" had not been set up correctly and was needed for a ride the following day. Rob (I believe?) sorted things out "on the spot" for which I was eternally grateful. Fantastic customer service which ensures that I continue to use Hardy for any future cycling needs. Thank you so much.
I could not thank Rob enough for the excellent work he carried out on my bike. He was very helpful and honest about everything he did, whilst delivering a 5 star job at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be recommending Hardy Cycles.

Had my well loved but a little neglected commuter bike serviced here. I have never owned a brand new bike but it can't feel any better than this now does. Thank you for my 'new' bike.
I couldn't park anywhere nearby, so pulled up outside & called on the phone to see if they had what I was looking for.... They didn't answer the phone although I could see the shop had no customers inside.
