The team at Partridge Cycles are very friendly, very knowledgeable, with nothing too much trouble. The after sales service is equally as important as the purchase. Again they passed with flying colours.

Well I can not fault these guys.. excellent service since I have got my Giant Trance E+2 in December 2019...long story but worth a share....thought battery had issues after buying the bike but because of work commitments I wasn't able to take it back but they offered a diagnosis to see what the issue was. It turned out I was just a noobie to EMTB and it was working fine, however 8 months later the battery just died during covid. I rang them up and explained. They said bring it back anytime..I spoke to a nice chap who booked it in for me for the thursday.. Took my bike back 3 weeks ago for diags and on the Wednesday I had a call saying the the battery is completely dead and they would contact giant uk. The team has rang me once a week with an update on the bike. Basically it was a warranty job and they couldn't get one from the UK, they sourced one from Europe and explained that this may take a couple of weeks...well today I got another call saying that the bike is ready to pick up.. brilliant service from everyone I have dealt with in the shop. I even had a good chat with the (sorry) older guy who was quite knowledgeable about ebikes. I would definitely go back there even though I live miles away from Exeter...well done to all the guys I dealt with..Thank You

Hi Mark, Thank you for leaving your review, we welcome all feedback. Its dissapointing that you have had a poor experience but a “quick check” is not a service we offer. As with any electrical fault a careful diagnosis is required to ensure we find the cause of the problem and get it rectified correctly. We were more than happy to proceed down this avenue with a view to get you back up and running in the small timeframe you gave us. Happy Cycling! Partridge Cycles Team Thanks Partridge Cycles Team. It was very disappointing, enough to make me warn others on this platform. And now I find I need to review your response given it is inaccurate. I didn't ask for a quick check on my Di2 when I spoke to you on the phone. I was very happy to book the bike in if I could establish that the fault was not my charger unit. I was very happy to get in line to have a full diagnostic done. But if it were my charger unit that was broken then I could have a new one within 48 hours vs your two week wait. That's why whomever I spoke to said I could bring the bike in and check it with your charger unit. The person I spoke with said I could leave the bike with you and come back at the end of the day. That's fair given all that had to happen was to plug a cable into the bike and see if it charged on your unit. But when i arrived it was 'computer says no' - book the bike in. Thankfully Tribe Cycle Solutions were a lot more understanding, flexible and helpful. Instead of trying to point the finger and me and my 'small time frame' why don't you try finding the courage to say 'sorry we misinformed you on the phone' or even better 'sorry for not listening and realizing how easy it would have been for us to help you'. Good luck doing a better job with other customers!
