Amazing bike shop and very friendly service. Broke a spoke and rear mech on a ride as we were passing and they had it fixed within 30 minutes! Couldn’t recommend more.

Took my new bike for a service as didnt feel right when changing gear and had a loose head set (badly built when purchased) so arrived to collect my bike to be told I was being charged £24 for a bike chain..? Couldn't show me my old "stretched" chain when i asked just grabbed a few from the bin and said this could be yours, and didnt ask me if It was okay to even replace it..? They didnt even sort the gear shift issue...! I will take it elsewhere from now on... Lesson learned...! Let me save you all some money DONT BOTHER...

Darren really helped me out of a tight spot as Evan's cycles were refusing to give my money back on a bike that failed after 6 days, saying I had fitted the pedel incorrectly. Darren confirmed this wasn't the case and that the bike was also poor quality and not worth the money I paid. Finally after a 6 week battle Evan's has agreed to collect the bike and issue me with a full refund. I know exactly where I will be spending it as soon as Oke Cycles get a bike in that meets my requirements. I know it will be of good quality and the service will be fantastic. Thank you so much for your help .🙏🙏

Stopped here during lockdown ride as Lucy’s front mech wasn’t working. They took a look at it straightaway but concluded the barrel adjusters were seized. The mechanic did his best to tighten the cable by hand and didn’t even charge us. Great service and very friendly. Highly recommended.
