Visited a few times to get info on childrens carseats as I have 4 yr old grandchild. Sarah sales has always been very efficient and extremely helpful to us and we have bought 3 carseats from her. We feel that u can trust her advice and we look for her when we come into the shop. She is an asset to the bournemouth store.
Amazing selection of toys.
Bought and collected many presents for kids today via click and collect which was painless and efficient however website states they sell yo yos and was told by 2 staff (after simply not believing the first) that they do not sell them which was a disappointment. Not the end of the world as i was there alrwady but eould be helpful to others not to link your store to yo yos if not sold.
Much enough toys more selection. BUT
Security guard is rude, He must speak courtesy to the customers.
