Great service. Went to purchase a bike as my frame snapped on my old one. Not a massive amount of stock (5/9/20) but understandable atm. Friendly and quick service and came out with a nice new bike. Thanks guys

Bought my mtb in for a service and a few part replacements. Called to say bike was ready, they wheeled it out and nothing had been done! When I came back they wheeled out the bike, frame and forks were still filthy - apparently even paying £85 for a service this isn’t included!! - dropper post was worse than when I bought it in, the cassette bearings hadn’t been done despite me asking the miserable kid that served me in the first place.
£135 all in all essentially for new pads, a cleaner chain and one new chain ring. I’ll find another bike shop.

My wife and I went there today. We were served by Chris B (Apparently there are two guys called Chris!). He really knew his stuff, listened carefully to what my wife wanted, game us time to explore the options without being pushy (even though there was a queue of people waiting outside the shop!) . We bought a bike and Kristi loves it! I’ll probably go back and buy mine from there when new stock comes in. Great service!
Gave me a bike with a broken back wheel then charged me 55 pound for the repair. Would not recommend. Feel scammed.
