Highly recommend Wareham Cycleworks. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable; I took my recently acquired second-hand bike down there as the gears were feeling a bit odd, they looked them over and adjusted them free of charge. I will definitely be heading back for any future servicing or adjustments.
Super service. Fixed my gear problem straight away. I will definitely bring my bike back for a full service in the spring. Welcoming approach even to my battered old bike ! Really covid-safe practice too. Brilliant all round.
This Anthony Seear updating my review. Since posting my previous review Wareham Cycleworks have kindly refunded the labour costs as promised. This had resolved any misunderstanding. I just want to restate how pleased I am with the standard of work and I am very happy with how they responded to my complaint. I highly recommend them.
I turned up with no appointment, with a problem in hand. Not only did they fix it there and then but also provided a choice of solutions depending on budget and need. Quite honestly the best bike shop expiriance I've had as an unknown customer! And I've been to a lot of bike shops!
Great service, always helpful, never to busy to chat bikes.....
