Mayan Sun - Bed and Breakfast

If you plan to stay in Meida MX for a day or a week and love wonderful, kind, witty, B&B hosts, then choose Mayan Sun! The rooms are spotless, the food is wonderful, the pool is refreshing, but best of all are Yoa and Ron, the hosts. Gracious and great fun to talk with. Very knowledgeable about things to do and places to go to and see. While in Media try the restaurant "La Tradition," which is only open from noon until 6:00 PM. We walked in at 1:30 and it was nearly empty. By 2:30 it was packed. The food is traditional Yucatan and excellent. Also walk through the markets, which are really beautiful and funky.

Very nice place. Run by the most helpfull and friendly family. Great breakfast included. Swimmingpool is good. Rooms are good too. Location in walking distance to the mainstreets. Recommend

Really nice Bed and Breakfast near the downtown area. Very quiet and good breakfasts

My husband and I stayed here for the first 2 nights of our honeymoon and enjoyed the property and the owners so much we stayed a 3rd night when we came back through Merida on our way home. A lovely property and pool with generous owners. The specially prepared breakfasts were some of our best meals in Mexico. I highly recommend staying here when you are in Merida!

Great stay at Mayan Sun B&B We spent a wonderful weekend at this Bed and breakfast, we couldn't ask for more. The breakfasts were delicious , the hosts make you feel welcome from the first moment, the place is beautifully decorated , we used the complimentary bikes around the city center. We highly recommend this places for couples.
