Hotel Casabella

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at CasAbella Art Hotel. Please, if you want a nice hotel then don’t stay here. They don’t have hot water for showers, what kind of hotel is open for the public but no hot water?The entire hotel was under renovation, they woke us up to construction noise in the next room at 8am. The pool was closed, even though they advertised it open on the website. The front desk staff were the only good part, they did their best to help make us comfortable. The manager and owner of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. 800 pesos for a room with no hot water, no view, no coffee, and noise from 8am-6pm is ridiculous.

Excellent place the rooms are luxurious and the rest is delicious, excellent attention but .... The elevator did not work .. I would still give it an 8 out of 10

It is a hotel under renovation that is going to be very good. For now it does not have an elevator working. But when it is ready it will be super because it has large rooms. I get one with several details I suppose it will be fine soon
