Hoteles Rio Queretaro

Was nice but is currently no parking and there web site says nothing. Food was good as well Great service

I spent 3 nights here, prior to leaving Mexico, after 8 months of Covid lockdown. I LOVED Queretero, and loved Hoteles Rio, which had been recommended to me by my Colombian friends, who stayed here 2 weeks before me! It is perfectly located, very central, and yet set back from the road, making it quiet. The front-office staff, Guadalupe, Hector and Roberto, are EXTREMELY kind and patient and very helpful, and the hotel Is maintained spotlessly clean by the lovely young cleaning woman, whose name I have forgotten! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Sue returning to Morocco.

Great place, great people I like it.

The parking lot is a problem and they cover $4.00 dlls every day for ballet parking... :(Not too much hot water on the shower.The room it's not enough isolated from external noises... You hear next room conversations (and more)Clean and well designed.Excellent location.

This place was so clean, staff were courteous and food in restaurant was amazingly good. I would definitely recommend this place plus its in walking distance of old town center
