Heaven at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya

Nice resort but adults only was combined with family side. All the chairs around the pool were reserved daily for the high paying members even though they usually didn't show up so the chairs sat empty. Staff was wonderful, rooms were updated and clean and the food was great. Good luck getting dinner reservations tho.

Service was amazing for the most part at this resort. However, the food is soooooo mediocre and the service inside the actual restaurants was hit or miss. There is a big push to attend their version of a timeshare presentation. When you first check in they'll pull you aside to seemingly help you get used to the hotel but it's just to get you to sign up for it. Pretty annoying. The heaven side is open to everyone due to renovations on the hacienda side. We paid more to have adults only and there was no compensation for paying extra with it no longer being adults only. It's a nice resort with friendly employees, but very meh food and the rooms are nothing amazing. As far as cleanliness, this place is really on top of it, we felt super safe here. We went during a time when prices were ridiculously cheap. There's no way I'd pay full price to go back again.

Fantastic service, wonderful people.. and I mean fantastic people. Especially the massage was incredible as well as the romantic dinner. First class service at the balinese beds... You will remember this experience for a long time

Wow! I don't know what the cost would have been because our company paid for hundreds of us to be there, but what a great resort! Clean. Unique. Entertainment options. Very cool.

Customer Service at its best. 5 stars any day. Food and drinks are phenomenal. Excellent environment and modern decoration. Will be back soon.
