Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun

We stayed for a week in mid December and couldn't have been more impressed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The service stands out from other all inclusive resorts we've stayed at. Dario and Daniel at the pool/beach service were excellent. Salvador at the Mexican restaurant and Pablo at the French were also outstanding waiters. Food is very good no matter which restaurant we went to. We loved all the activities the resort provided during the day, along with the nightly shows. The resort was very clean and the beach had stunning views. I would highly recommend this resort, we'll be returning next December for another stay.

Beautiful all inclusive hotel. The service was great most of the time. The property was very clean and the employees worked hard to keep it clean. The spa was very nice and so were the rooms. I was disappointed in the food. They advertised many restaurants but they were not all available and they did not take reservations. We were unable to go to the steak house or seafood restaurant because the waiting time was 90 minutes at 8pm. They should have opened up more tables outside. Some of the wait staff was less than helpful too. We had the VIP package which was suppose to include all top end alcohol which we ended up only being able to get in the VIP lounge. Even in the VIP lounge they either didn’t have a wide enough selection of VIP alcohol or it was gone. I would rate this resort as good but not 5 star.

When you are ready for 1st class all adults all inclusive romantic vacation secrets maroma is definitely the place! Of course, the resort itself is incredible with the entertainment, 1st class restaurants, pools, beach and spa. The food was fine dining at its best with a variety of top class offerings. But best of all,, the service was simply off the charts. It is the thing that distinguishes it from all other top hotels that I have experienced. We did one of their romantic dinners... well worth the extra $250 for a private dinner complete with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, a rose AND a sitting area for after dinner cuddling under the stars. Can I give them a 10?

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about this place! The staff is extremely attentive and always checking if we needed anything. Our room was spectacular, the food was delicious and the beach was perfect! It was the best getaway and we plan to be back!

Simply Amazing. Went here for our honeymoon in 2014 and it was an fantastic experience. We stayed for 12 nights and were treated like royalty. 7 different restaurants meantots of choice. Fantastic location right on the beach and beautiful pools and amenities. Would highly recommend
