Great view. Awesome pool. The best water pressure and instant hot water in the shower. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 12 days the staff and everybody there were wonderful the rooms were clean the pool and all of the surrounding cities were wonderful they must stay if you are in Puerto Escondido

Their restaurant served delicious food and their wifi actually worked those were the best things about the resort. It’s been 9 months since our family trip and we have yet to receive a call back from management (Adolfo) there was no management on site to speak too. When we arrived in one of our four (4) rooms there was dirty dishes stacked up on the sink. The Bed spread was stained and sheets were also dirty as well as the towels we asked if we can just get a different room the answer was NO! It was inconvenient but we waited. Then our A/C didn't work maintenance was called they fixed it. Of course what else can go wrong, right? Our snowy TV was being repaired, at least that is what front desk told us evertime we called them....lol it never worked during our entire stay. The beds were uncomfortable reason being they were hard box springs. Hope your not spooked by bats! be prepared to see the piles of their droppings in the hallways. The WORST part of our stay was when the shower door exploded on my mother! she looked like the scene from the movie Carrie covered in blood! We called the front desk for a first aid kit, it took them 45 minutes just to tell us they didn't have one on site. Horrible! by this time we had stopped the bleeding by tearing up the towels to apply pressure on her wounds. Even after all the mishaps we experienced yes, we still had to pay for our room front desk staff would not allow us to speak to the manager who was only available via the telephone but he had the AUDACITY to tell us that we are lucky that they are not charging us for the broken shower door!!! and they never apologized. We will never stay there again with such poor up keep of the establishment. The incident pictures were uploaded at the time accident occurred not sure why the review was taken down.

We were there over Christmas and New Years. The room was very expensive. There was no hot water for 3 days of the 7 days, shower doors leaked everywhere. The A/C worked intermittently. The food was good, Oaxaca coffee was excellent. The new years party was totally WOW with the 5 course dinner. The beaches are 5 minute taxi ride away. There were chickens across the road and the rooster was waking everybody at 4:30 am. But overall, the hotel is not to North American standards.

We had the worst experience staying here. Since we arrived the 1 room they put my mother/sister in law in had dirty towels, dishes and key card didn't work at all. To top it off the glass shower door shattered while my mother in law was in there and cut up her hand (pics attached). They did not have a 1st aid kit or manager to speak to there. NOBODY IN CHARGE!! Asked to comp the 1 room out of 4 we had and they could not accommodate us. Manager who they called (Eliseo) over the phone did not want to speak to us. Didn't even offer to get a paramedic to check her out. We had her checked out with a doctor and she needed to get stitches. So disappointed!!!
