Hotel Descalzo

Amazing place. We extended our stay there. The bungalows are very nice, clean and large. Directly located at the beach with a nice garden and perfect terraces. Staff is so nice and helpful.

Great hotel at the beachfront. Tropical setting with cute pool and beach bar opened all day. You can hear the sea from bed or opt for earplugs which they provide :)

Physically impossible to sleep due to loud, pounding music all night. We thought we had found paradise after one peaceful night here, we even opted to extend our honeymoon to enjoy the tranquility. Little we did we realize the hotel has a serious problem with noise from a neighboring bar. The hotel is well-aware of the issue and told us we’d have to be the ones to track down police (on foot at 3am?) to bring an end to the noise. What a disappointment. Hotel Descalzo had been a total dream up until this point.

Very beautiful place and very hidden from big tourism so you can enjoy the pleasure of a quiet beach and beautiful sights from morning to night. The hotel has very nice accomodations and a well maintained facility. No A/C!

Beautiful little place. Kept very clean. One bar on the beach outside the hotel had their music cranked very loud till 03:45 ..
