Villa Aikia

This is the ugliest hotel I have ever seen. It made me embarrassed walking in the premises. I guess it made everyone else too as it was practically empty. It also has a pavilion that was illegally built, blocking half the view from the beautiful beach below with its hideous jerry-rigged roof. I hear they only use it for yoga too. Just.. hideous.

Let me just begin by saying our trip to Zipolite would have been a disaster if it weren't for Villa Aikia. Yes, as other reviews would tell you, the hotel is a fantastic, beautiful, and private place for any travelers seeking a beach getaway. But the thing that struck us the most was the staff's willingness to help and accommodate whatever needs you may have. On one of our nights out in town, we lost our valuables and clothes at the beach. We returned to the hotel around 2am (drunk, I know lol) and told the manager of the hotel, and she offered to drive us around to look for them. She reached out to all business owners in town asking if anyone had seen them, and by some miracle, we were able to find our belongings again. I rarely write reviews for my trips, because I think they tend to get repetitive. But this is one of those times where I genuinely felt like I had to say something. It's that good.

Great place to stay in Zipolite! The view is just great!! Right in front of White Rock!! Facilities are the best in the zone!! Staff and management are awesome and will do everything possible to make your stay the best!

Beautiful, comfortable, classy hotel and restaurant in relatively secluded part of Zipolite. Friendliest hosts ever!

Stunning vistas and ambiance, quick walk down to a secluded beach and a short walk into Zipolite! Food was amazing and our hosts went above and beyond to make it perfect!
