Good enough. Wifi and hot water are my main concern when getting an inexpensive room in Mexico. A little far from town and beach to walk, but if you have a car no problem. T.V. don't work maybe a dead remote battery, not a concern for me. They also have you leave your drivers license at registration if you go someplace you give them your room key to get your d.l. back.

Very friendly staff. Not a high class place but you get what u pay for and i was happy with it.

Bathrooms are not clean there was mud in the bath and piss on the toilet seat, bed sheets aren't changed.

I recommend this hotel to a Baja series fighter. The room isn’t so excellent but most powerful advantage is that there is the automotive parts shop next-door neighbor! Actually I could get some parts without losing time to prepare our moto.

I wont be returning to this motel. There was no air conditioning no refrigerator and the carpet was very dirty. The cleaning lady left our room unlocked after she cleaned. We were lucky to not have anything stolen .
