Suuuuper noisy! We heard every step, cough or little noise of the neighbors! Of you want a quiet night, stay away from this place! It is clean but the walls are made of paper!

Rooms on ground level are really small.. if you're a Mayan this is your size. Stale air. Great staff. Pool is only for sitting. Typical continental breakfast... Same every day.

I had a senior moment and booked the hotel for 1 week after we actually needed it. So, when we arrived early, manager Jose straightened it all out. Though we had to change rooms mid-stay, we couldn't have been happier. Both rooms were more than large enough, immaculately clean and walking distance to central Merida attractions. Jose, Candy & Charisa were all so very helpful and treated us like we were their only gutrysts, though the hotel was full. Breakfast buffet was light but sufficient. We arrived after a cold front, so we didn't try the small but clean pool. We'll plan on returning.
