Very nice hotel. Clearly to recommend. The outside area including the beach is very nice. The rooms are according an older 4* hotel. Very clean and everything is working. I stayed now 5 times already in PV in different hotels but this is from the price/value for sure one of the best ones. You can feel the hotel belongs to a big hotel group because the management and the staff is very professional / top level. The food in the several restaurants is very good and also there offering good spirits. The hotel I recommend for families or people over 50. At this time I have been here, no young people stayed here too. When you want to have entertainment and party this hotel is the wrong choice. Overall a good choice! Thanks for the nice time to FA!

They really try to make you feel like family (without the drama of a real family) The food, I warn you, will add a few pounds to your waistline. It is reasonably priced for all that you get. I highly recommend it, enjoy.

Such an amazing experience at this resort. All the staff were super friendly and always so eager to help. All of the restaurants were so great. There was always cleaning crews around cleaning and sanitizing. The resort is so beautiful. All the rooms have amazing views but I would highly recommend the 5th floor. Our room was so perfect.

Unfortunately this resort wasn't properly staff to attend the needs of the guest at the various restaurants and pool area. We waited long periods of time just to get drinks at the restaurants and couldn't even get water at bar pools. They really need to get better if they want tourist to return to this resort.

Great resort during this trying time. They were diligent with their safety precautions while ensuring we had a fun and relaxing vacation. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had an awesome experience and will definitely return!
