Brío

I had one of their sandwiches and it was disappointing. A thin slice of cheese was melted on top of the sandwich not inside. There was a good amount of juicy chicken, but it was quite flavorless. It claimed to come with bacon but just had a few crumbles as well as little avocado. The fries that came with it were also a bit strange. Some were very overcooked and brwon while others were quite soggy. The service was good and the location is beautiful, but I was not impressed by my food especially given the cost. It was an underwhelming experience.

If you want the best vegan salad with Falafel, made without Garlic (only real chefs understand this) check Brio out. Ask for for Abraham, the head chef, he will customize and accommodate to your needs. This is a rarity in Oaxaca, ive been to all the top restaurants, which the exception of restaurant sin nombre, Brio is the only other restaurant for a solid healthy meal. Very grateful for their attention to detail and mastering of foodology. Thank you wonderful staff and chef Abraham for your passion. I ordered three plates, the third to take pictures, at my expense. No joke, the best falafel you will eat in Oaxaca city. 🙌🏻

I have had a breakfast in this place. It’s a really nice with good music and great stuff. Coffee was good but my falafel salad was a bit of a joke😂. It had just one falafel inside. Change it guys as this salad is not worth it $.

Very friendly staff and great service and nice ambience to spend some down time

A good place for some peace away from the market. The food and drinks were good, nothing mind blowing, but got the job done with no complaints!
