The place is clean and I've had luck there closes at 3am not sure about week days, your not in Kansas that's for sure ,to get a players card is free The first one, if you lose it there's a 30 to 50 peso fee,, so your money is is on your card, and when you withdraw your card from the machine you last played, the machine doesn't give you a receipt, and so you when cashing out , all's you've got is what you remember seeing on your machine, I feel I was taken advantage of I aked for some kind of statement of money I deposited into card but cashier said they don't have any thing such as that and finally i got a receipt and l even got him to some money back, yeah 1 peso, Now ain't no way he didn't skim money off of my card and that's not all I played roulette and the dealer raised her voice at me for questioning my money ( chips) in Dollar exchange she was right about the exchange rate but she had right to be rude because when it comes to money exchange rates they still exchange the dollar for about 1 peso less than what they are supposed to and on top of that everytime you reload your card $$ the house takes a percentage right then and there, I was already thinking of leaving but I was checking out the slots, you know to see which one would call to me,some lady was winning so I sat 2 machines away from her with my players card in hand with in 3 minutes an atendent tells me I can't sit there and watch people play that it made the lady uncomfortable I had only been there 3 minutes I did not see her complain to him about me well I thought that was not right and I was not going to leave that machine and that he could call security he then told me it was security who him to tell me to move along, I got up and went to the security officer and asked him if he had sent the attendent to relay the message, he said no , so all in a 3 to 4 hour visit, hospitality is unknown to them, you go there and you really need lady luck with you.

Fun playing blackjack. One issue is hidden blackjack for dealer is not checked. They take both bets if you double down. Seems pretty fishy. Other issue is you pay for all your drinks. Overall fun experience, dealers are great.

Like the casino but i think they take too much of your winnings when you go to cash out like I had 4000 pesos when i went to cash out and they took 600 pesos out of it when i wanted to cash out which left me with only 3400 pesos left so after being happy that i won and then them deducting 600 pesos kinda sucks

For tourists it would help if more machines had both english and spanish....I lost a little bit more then I wanted to because I couldn't read the amounts, etc.
