Excellent service from the crew....when in Mexico City.....this is the place t o stay!

For the price of 100 dollars per night this is the WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN. Because of the following: - Breakfast is overpriced - My room is door to door to someone else's so I can hear EVERY SINGLE THING, even their annoying TV on at 12am which I had to call the reception to ask them to lower down the volume, the reception did not answer me so I had to get up on my pajama and physically go there - the shower did not have pressure so I called them, they changed the shower which looked bad but ok in the evening, in the morning NO PRESSURE IN THE HOT WATER! So I had a cold shower this morning. I am in the hotel for work I cant stay the whole morning waiting for the maintenance. The only thing I need is a quiet room with a decent shower. I'm thinking I should stayed in a private room of a hostel cause it's usually better than this. I still have next week in this same hotel so my nightmare continues

Near everything! I stay two night at the hotel for business trip and o walk to all my meetings great place nice service I know is kind of expensive but probably I will that it values. The restaurant is really nice recommend

Great hotel, clean area with a supermarket across the street. No cookies at international Double trees though.

It has the best view, but broo, customer service, we need to be polite pls. Kind of exclusive place
