Hotel Amantes Casa Azul

It is a bit pricey but you are paying for the view and location. The room is a bit small but still very comfortable. The ac didn't work to well (I need it cold to sleep) Bed very comfortable. Shower hot water. The view! Brought wife for special night, she loved it. We had our own private tub overlooking church and city. Will definitely come back but look for the discount rates.

Super spot to take a cocktail and food. Beautiful view on the Oaxaca’s temple. Personals are very sympathetic, professional and well caring. The rooftop is cleaning and pleasant. Well recommended, be careful isn’t for small budgets, you’re in a great hostel 😏

Our experience was awful. We could barely sleep because of the noise coming from the street. We booked the room with the hot tub which wasn’t a hot tub but an excuse for it without a heating system. After complaining about these inconveniences we were relocated to an even noisier room without hot water. I truly believe that the price is not worth the experience and they should upgrade their infrastructure in order to provide a pleasant experience for their guests.

I do not recommend this hotel as you can hear through the walls. Seemed as if the owners had a gathering and music keep playing until late. Also had a bad experience with having a valuable item stolen after cleaning service the first day! It will only get worse as the building is working on another terrace that is right under rooms. Horrible experience!

We just had a drink here so I wouldn't know about the food. I think this place has the best terrace in all city center. View 5/5.
