Very good staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

They need to do some serious cleaning, renovating and tidying up here. You can do so much better for the same price at other more professional places in Progreso. Here, things were run down, dingy and smelled bad. It has an interesting layout/charm and could be nice, but they need to put in some serious work.

If you plan to spend time with friends or family - to rent villa, like this one, is not bad idea. Seacost is closed, just across the street and another line of the houses, or you can relax by the pool in villa. Although accomodations are not superb, AC is not in every room ( ventilators are available), at least in villa I was. Dont expect much... For a weekend good enough.

A gem! The owner is lovely, kitchen is large and clean, rooms are very nice
