Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort

Amazing resort with a terrific beach and pool area. Highly recommend it!

Hotel was beautiful, ocean gorgeous, but don't leave anything valuable behind because you won't get it back. We checked out on Sunday 9/27, went to town for lunch, that's when I realized I left all my jewerly in the nightstand. I called the hotel and they said I could come back. When the man from the front desk escorted me upstairs to our room, I noticed that our room was not cleaned yet but my jewelry was gone. All the housekeeping they questioned said "I didn't see it". So disappointed that they don't have trustworthy staff that would bring my jewelry to lost and found. I won't stay there again for this reason. There were pieces in my bag from my daughter and also from my mom that passed away in 2013. I'm so upset about this whole situation. People suck.

First time in Rocky Point and what an amazing experience my family and I had at Las Palomas resort! Great pools for the kids, adults bar pool and beach! We loved it!!! Staff was amazing.

Best resort in Rocky Point , always a great time to be had. Prices of food and drink seem to vary from day to day which makes me think certain employees are skimming money from you. Also way too many honeybees near the pool bar it's annoying to be constantly defending your mixed drinks from those pests. Maybe invest in an exterminator it would make for a better guest experience . Still 5 stars though because I still had a great time !

I made a reservation and was charged half of the cost. A few days later some of those planning to go could not so I cancelled the reservation (well within the cancellation period). It has been over a month since I canceled and I have inquired about my refund twice. First I was told it would hopefully be done by the end of the month (30 days after cancellation). It’s now been 45 days, still no refund. Second inquiry was made, no response. I am disputing the charge with my credit card, never staying at Las Palomas again and am implementing a “scorched earth” social media campaign against these crooks. They are clearly “sitting” on my money. Complete BS
