From the moment we walked in, we knew this hotel was the right choice. It felt clean inside out. The WiFi worked very well. The safe was easy to use. However, the hot water was a concern. We had to let it run for minutes before we were able to get the hot water. Ironically they had a post in the restroom stating the saving of water.

They did not want to give me my money back. Had to file a claim with my credit card.

Is a nice place very clean and near by the museums and local markets. I would stay there again.

Quite place, near to downtown and traditional markets in Oaxaca, no parking, wifi free
