Central and quiet street, clean room, good value for money, nice and friendly staff, beautiful garden. BUT the room on the first floor is a bit dark and damp even during sunny day, bad soundproof, no locker for valuables

Great hotel. Very polite staff!

The hotel was clean and felt safe. All the rooms have windows only into the skinny courtyard, where people smoke, so smoke WILL get into your room if you're on the ground floor. There is no privacy as people will walk past your window. We had booked a room with one king size bed but were given a room with two "matrimonios" - these are equated in Mexico with queen size beds but are actually much smaller, and my partner's feet hang off the end. When we asked reception, they agreed about the discrepancy but equated the extra bed with the extra size of the king bed. Um, but we only sleep in the one bed? They just smiled. There was also an issue with the reservation price, but we insisted and they honored the price we were quoted online. Bedsheets were white, 100% cotton, and smooth. Shower pressure was crazy strong, if you wanted, and the water was hot.
