Cold pool, no kids activities during the week. After having to argue all my way up to the manager, who was very nice, she opened some of the kids areas but we lost half day. The pool remained cold (even the indoor one). The chapel photo attached was very nice.

This is the place. Amazing professional massage, excellent room service, gorgeous place, installations and customer service. Notice that there is a tower for adults (meaning no children and no noise) away from children’s pool. I have chosen that on my second visit and it was an amazing experience. Planing to be back very soon
